  6. Para este punto ya vamos a moler el tomate y chile con ajo y cebolla y colamos.
  7. En una cacerola con un poco de aceite vamos a sazonar lo que molimos. Una vez todo frito y sazonado con sal vamos a agregarlo a nuestra olla donde está el maíz con el pollo y cerdo cociéndose. Debe tener suficiente agua.
  8. Vamos a agregar orégano de sabor (suficiente). Corroboramos de sal y Esperamos a que el maíz reviente, debe estar en el fuego alrededor de una 3 a 4 hrs. Estará listo para servir
