  5. Pasado los 15 minutos si vemos que le falta leche le añadimos un poco de leche fría a nuestro gusto y la ralladura de medio limón, lo apartamos del fuego y lo dejamos 5 minutos reposando
  6. Emplatamos al gusto, como nosotros queramos o en un plato de barro o de cristal y lo dejamos reposar unos minutos más hasta que esté temblado y después lo guardamos en el frigorífico
