- Doblar la masa en 3 y formar la rosca. Poner en una charola con papel de hornear.
- Batir el huevo y barnizar la masa.
- Decorar con las almendras fileteadas y rebanadas de mandarina
- Dejar reposar media hora para que crezca otra vez.
- Mientras tanto precalentar el horno a 180C
- Meter la rosca al horno y hornear 25 minutos dando la vuelta a la mitad de la cocción
- Sacar del horno y poner a enfriar en una rejilla.
- Servir!
