- Pasando la hora y media de que pusimos la carne debe estar suave agrega lo que licuamos colando y un poco más de mejorana rectifica de sal si crees necesario agrega un poco más de agua agrega, deja 30 minutos más y listo ya quedo tu pozole súper delicioso
