  2. ¹/4 de jamón de su preferencia
  3. 2 cebollas picadas finamente
  4. 3 tomates rojos picados

  1. Primero vamos a pelar los chayotes, los partimos en 2 (a lo largo y les quitamos el corazón, una vez hecho esto vamos a ponerlos a hervir con ajo en polvo y sal y si tienes caldo de pollo en polvo le pones un poco.. así hasta que estén blandos. O casi cocidos.
  2. Mientras se hierven los chayotes vamos a freír cebolla y cuando esté en punto transparente vamos a agregar el tomate picado.. sazonamos con un poco de sal y cuando se a este frito agregamos el jamón picado en cuadritos. Y dejamos a fuego muy bajo.
  3. Mientras vamos a sacar los chayotes del agua, y empezamos a retirar parte de la pulpa con una cuchara y esa pulpa la vamos picar muyyy finamente Para agregarla al jamón que tenemos a fuego bajo.
  4. Ya solo vamos a rellenar con el guiso de jamón y encima ponemos el queso (yo usé una mezcla de 3 quesos.. Oaxaca, chihuahua y mozzarella)
  5. Y así vamos precalentar el horno a 200º C y los vamos a meter alrededor 10 min.. para que se gratinen. Y listo... Yo acompañé con arroz
