  4. Desvena los chiles, después los pones a suavizar en agua hirviendo, escurrelos y haz una pasta triturándolos con la sal y el orégano
  5. Muele junto con la pasta anterior lo quesos
  6. Agrega el bicarbonato al agua de cascaras y mientras burbujea agrega a la masa y bate
  7. Embarra tu hoja de maíz (remojadas 2 hrs antes) con dos cdas de masa, extiende y en el centro coloca una cucharadita de la mezcla de chile y queso y cierra, repite hasta terminar con la masa, acomoda en tu vaporera los tamales paraditos no olvides agregar una moneda en el agua (mientras suene la moneda hay agua suficiente, si deja de sonar agrega agua caliente)....
  8. Deja cocer tus tamales 70 minutos pero saca un tamalito y verifica si está cocido... si no tendrás que dejar más tiempo!!! Disfruta.... en familia
