- En una cazuela pequeña de barro (la cazuela va directamente a la lumbre) se le agrega ya el maíz, la mitad de la jaiba, 150 gr de filete de pescado, 40 gr de calamar, 40 gr de camarón, 40 de pulpo, le agregas caldo y esperar unos 10 min a que se cueza el marisco crudo. Montar la cazuela en una madera o plato de barro y acompañarlo con rábanos, cebolla, lechuga, tostadas y limones.
