  5. Ya que este cocida la costilla poner y el agua se haya consumido y solo haya dejado la grasa de la costilla poner solo 1 cucharada de aceite, freír hasta llegar al punto que gusten (No quiten las hojas de laurel)
  6. Cuando los nopales ya se hallan cocido. Escurrir y enjugar hasta que se les quite la baba... los incorporamos a la costilla para que se fríen juntos por 2 min a fuego alto moviendo.
  7. Ponemos lo licuado junto con el consomé y el agua. Esperar que hirva.
  8. Lo pueden acompañar con el tradicional arroz o unos frijoles enteros (de la olla)
