  3. Adicionar la crema de leche y seguir revolviendo, cuando seque bajar de nuevo el fuego y volver a adicionar 2 tazas más de leche e ir comprobando la dureza del arroz, seguir revolviendo, cuando ya esté blando el grano, adicionar el queso y revolver, adicionar la última parte de la leche y por último la leche condensada. Si por alguna razón o factor como la calidad o el tipo de arroz no da el punto de ablandamiento con la leche, se puede adicionar más leche o reemplazar por agua.
