- 1 litro y 3/4 bebida de avena

- Ponemos en una olla todos los ingredientes excepto el azúcar y la canela en polvo si optamos por utilizarla. Lo llevamos a ebullición y cuando rompa a hervir aflojamos el fuego a medio alto.
- Lo dejaremos hiviendo por espacio de unos 35 a 40 minutos o hasta que veamos que el arroz esté casi hecho, entonces es el momento de ponerle el azúcar y lo dejaremos durante 5 minutos más hirviendo comprobando que el arroz esté cocido, si queremos quitamos la corteza de limón y la rama de canela (nosotros la dejamos ya que a mí en especial me encanta comerme la piel del limón una vez está tan blandita y la rama de canela más que nada porque le da un toque vistoso, jejejeje).
- Ponemos en un cuenco o si lo preferimos en cuencos individuales, yo en mi caso le he puesto por encima un poco de canela en polvo ya que me encanta el sabor que deja.
