  3. Pasa la harina, los polvos de hornear, la sal y la canela molida por un colador. Reserva.
  4. Enharina y enmantequilla un molde.
  5. Bate las barras de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente por 5 minutos. Agrega el azúcar y revuelve 1 minuto. Agrega uno a uno los huevos y mezcla hasta integrarlos.
  6. Ya todo muy bien revuelto, vierte poco a poco la primer mezcla con movimientos envolventes. Agrega la vainilla.
  7. Poco a poco pon la mezcla de harina y revuelve hasta que no tenga grumos. Baja la potencia del horno a 180 °C, hornea por 55 minutos. Al terminar el tiempo apaga el horno y deja el pan dentro por 5 minutos
  8. Deja enfriar, desmolda y disfruta.
