Lo primero que haremos es desgranar nuestros elotes te recomiendo que sea en un Bowl grande y con un cuchillo de Cielito cuando termines de desgranar los vamos a poner en la licuadora la mitad de los ingredientes para que se puedan licuar bien vas a agregar la mitad de la leche la mitad de los granos de elote
  2. Los huevos mantequilla y lechera Recuerda que es la mitad de los ingredientes
  3. Licúas no mucho para que no quede en nuestra mezcla muy líquida
  4. Cuando licuamos las dos partes de los ingredientes vamos a ir agregando las en un Bowl vamos a ir tamizando nuestros ingredientes secos como es el polvo de hornear la sal y la canela
  5. Vamos a ir incorporando los ingredientes en forma envolvente hasta que no veamos ningún grumo
  6. Vamos a usar un molde aproximadamente de 28 cm en forma de rosca lo vamos a engrasar y enharinar totalmente
  7. Una vez listo agregaremos la mezcla a nuestro molde llevaremos al horno precalentado a 180 grados
  8. Lo vas a hornear durante 50 minutos una vez pasado este tiempo vas a hacerle la prueba de palillo y si esté sale seco significa que tu pan está listo después lo sacarás del horno y lo vas a dejar enfriar para que lo puedas desmoldar con una palita o un cuchillo vas a despegar las orillas de tu pan
  9. Una vez desmoldado te sugiero que lo decores con azúcar glass o simplemente lo dejas al natural
