Os animo a preparar esta receta porque no os vais a arrepentir. Yo le puse 100 gr de azúcar y para mi gusto quedó muy bien, dulce pero no empalagoso. No obstante, lo podéis ajustar a vuestro gusto.   1. En un cazo ponemos la leche y la vamos calentando hasta que rompa a hervir.
  2. Mientras en una cazuela ponemos el agua y llevamos a ebullición. Cuando rompa a hervir echamos el arroz y ponemos a fuego medio. Vamos removiendo hasta que se consuma el agua por completo.
  3. Vertemos sobre el arroz la leche hirviendo y ponemos también la media cucharadita de sal y las ramas de canela. Bajamos el fuego al mínimo y cocinamos 45 minutos, removiendo cada 5 minutos aproximadamente.
  4. Pasado ese tiempo añadimos el azúcar y la mantequilla troceada. Y cocinamos 5 minutos más. No olvidéis remover para que no se pegue. El fuego debe estar en todo momento al mínimo, no debe hacer borbotones.
  5. Apagamos el fuego y dejamos el arroz en la cazuela 10 minutos para que repose.
  6. Pasados los 10 minutos, retiramos las ramas de canela y repartimos el arroz en cazuelitas o recipientes individuales. Espolvoreamos con canela molida al gusto.
  7. Dejamos enfriar y tapamos con film transparente y llevamos a la nevera al menos un par de horas y ya estará listo. Espero que os guste!
