- Cuando ya hayan pasado los diez minutos, bajaremos el fuego a medio, seguiremos removiendo de vez en cuando y dejaremos cocinar otros diez minutos. Mientras iremos preparando la canela en polvo para decorar.
- Cuando ya haya pasado todo este tiempo, probaremos el arroz y si el grano esta cocido, retiramos del caldero la canela en rama y la cáscara de limón.
- Serviremos en cuencos y decoramos con la canela en polvo. Dejamos enfriar, y cuando ya este frío, guardaremos en el frigorífico.
