- En la sartén caliente echamos un poco de aceite de freír los ajos y vertemos el huevo con los ingredientes, permitimos que se vaya haciendo la tortilla, cuando veamos que se ha hecho por abajo le damos la vuelta y dejamos que se termine de hacer, una vez la tenemos al gusto la retiramos a un plato de servir y dejamos que se enfríe un poco antes de cortarla
- Mientras se enfría la tortilla y con aceite nuevo freímos unas rebanadas de pan, nos servirán de acompañamiento
- Calentamos los champiñones que habíamos cortado en octavos, distribuimos en los platos, así como unos trozos de tortilla, regamos con aceite nuevo, los ajos fritos que teníamos reservados, el perejil restante y el pan tostado
